Shipping & Delivery

Delivery fee is kept at $15 for orders below $180.

Delivery starts from 22 September 2025, between 6–10pm. As some items are chilled, please ensure someone is available to receive your order during this time. If no one is present, our team will reach out and wait up to 10 minutes.

Should we need to arrange a re-delivery, a fee of S$15 per trip will apply. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information.

Storage & Shelf Life

For our baked mooncakes, you may store them at room temperature for up to one week or in the chiller for up to four weeks. Best enjoyed at room temperature for full flavour and aroma.

For MSW snowksin mooncakes, they are best consumed within 2-3 days to enjoy their optimal taste since we do not use preservatives and artificial flavourings.
